Out-of-control car hits pedestrians with pram at Craigieburn

Three people have been taken to hospital after an out-of-control car hit two pedestrians and a pram with a child in it.
Paramedics were called to Grand Boulevard, Craigieburn, on Monday morning.
Three people have been taken to the Northern Hospital in stable conditions.
3AW Mornings caller Tom said there was a significant police presence at the scene.
