Private inspections of occupied properties has been banned, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The new directive snuck through on Thursday night.

Leah Calnan, President of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, spoke with Heidi Murphy about it.

She isn’t happy with how it’s been handled.

“I am extremely disappointed,” she said.
