Ross Greenwood speaks to the Chairman of Crown resorts Robert Rankin about their plan for a demerger.

‘This is a great day for Crown, it’s all about maximising shareholder value for all shareholders,’ he told Ross Greenwood.

It has been agreed that James Packer will not be engaged as a senior executive, which Mr Rankin said was a decision after further reflection.
