Dairy farmers left feeling ‘numb’ after latest price cut
Dairy farmers have been left in the lurch after another cut to the price of milk.
Australia’s largest milk processor Murray Goulburn will pay $4.31 for a kilogram of milk from July 1, having already cut the price last season.
Adam Jenkins from United Dairy Farmers told Tom Elliott is has left farmers feeling ‘pretty numb’.
‘A lot of them were doing their budgets around the $4.50 to $5 mark,’ Mr Jenkins said.

Mr Jenkins said banks were probably feeling a bit numb too.
