Neil Mitchell says he can’t trust Daniel Andrews because of the CFA dispute
Neil Mitchell says he can no longer trust Daniel Andrews.
He said the Victorian Premier’s handling of the firefighter dispute showed an ‘arrogance and disregard’ he could not remember seeing from a leader before.
‘I don’t say this lightly, but I don’t trust him,’ the 3AW Mornings host said on Wednesday.
‘I think he’s given up the right to be trusted because of the way he’s handled this dispute with the CFA.
‘I’m disappointed. I thought better of him.
‘But the way he is dodging and carrying on … he’s given up any right to be trusted.’
Neil Mitchell has been told the deal Mr Andrews is trying to ‘railroad through’ could cost Victoria up to $1 billion.
