Truck carrying 42 tonnes of hay hit Swan Street bridge

A truck carrying 42 tonnes of hay has hit the Swan Street bridge.
The vehicle tipped over, losing it’s load.
There are major delays along Swan Street.
Police say the area should be cleared by around 8 am.
Trams are being diverted from the scene.
The driver of the truck was from South Australian and on his way to Gippsland.
