Brighton Grammar students expelled following social media scandal
Brighton Grammar has expelled two students over a social media page which invited people to vote for the ‘slut of the year’.
The year 11 students, who had initially been suspended for setting up the page, no longer attend the school.
Police are investigating the Instagram account, which featured photos of young girls and asked people to vote.
It was brought to public attention when a concerned mother posted about the account.
The school has reassured parents it doesn’t tolerate ‘disrespectful behaviour’.
