Victorian man missing after going swimming on NSW South Coast

The search is on for a Victorian man who went missing off the south coast of NSW last night.
The 42-year-old went for a run and a swim at Gillards Beach, near Tathra, but never returned.
Emergency services were called to the beach at about 5.30pm yesterday.
The missing man’s clothes and personal items were found on the beach.
The search will resume this morning.
