Farmers urge caution on proposed strict quad bike regulation
All quad bike users would require a licence, and people under the age of 16 would be banned from using the vehicle, if recommendations by the New South Wales Coroner are adopted.
Six year-old Myley Maxwell was killed when the quad bike she was on, driven by 13 year old– crashed into a tree at Narrabri, in the state’s west.
Deputy State Coroner Elizabeth Ryan has examined the crash making five recommendations.
