Ambulance Victoria annual report shows increase in dispatch cost

A controversial pay deal has seen the cost of dispatching ambulances soar.
The latest Ambulance Victoria annual report shows it cost the state about $800 to send an ambulance in 2015-16.
That’s about an $80 increase on the year before.
The report says that it’s predominantly due to pay increases.
