Reports emerged early yesterday afternoon across Australian media that Olivia Newton-John, who is battling cancer for the third time, had just weeks to live.
But Olivia Newton-John’s management has denied the rumours.
Entertainment reporter Pete Ford told Kate and Craig this story has been around for about a week, but just took off yesterday.
“This story appeared on online, it wasn’t until yesterday that the Australian media picked up on the story, and you have mainstream media reporting on a report which is based on an unconfirmed report from unknown people,” Pete said.
“There’s too many things in that story which simply don’t add up.
“But having said that we have to face the fact of the matter that Olivia is very sick, she has stage four breast cancer.
“I would be very skeptical about any suggestion of Olivia leaving us too soon.”
