Her name is Terezija Riznir and the 72-year-old was last seen leaving her St Albans home about 5pm on Tuesday afternoon.

Police hold concerns for Terezija due to a medical condition which can cause her to become disorientated.

She is described as 168cm tall with an average build and short grey hair.

Terezija was last seen wearing a long sleeved shirt with black and white stripes with black pants.
