The East West Link squatters are refusing to budge, but the State Government has stopped short of ordering in the police.
The latest eviction notice deadline for the homes in Collingwood, Parkville and Clifton Hill expired on Monday.
A spokesman for the Andrews Government has told The Herald Sun the occupants failed to vacate and the government will now look at its legal options.
