Traffic chaos eases as West Gate Freeway re-openes following multi-car smash

Traffic was brought to a standstill on the West Gate Freeway on Tuesday.
All lanes have since re-opened after earlier being closed outbound at Millers Road due to a diesel spill and multi-vehicle crash.
VicRoads urged drivers to stay away and find an alternative route while police cleared debris.
