A man has been caught on CCTV allegedly stealing tools from Tullamarine home.

He can be seen walking away with the loot, then returning some time later to damage a CCTV camera. 

Jan Laczynski is concerned, he tells Tom Elliott he knows who the alleged offender is and where they live.

Jan reported the incident to the police, but they are yet to make the arrest.
