Gold Coast involved in four deals

The Suns have been involved in four seperate deals on the penultimate day of the trade period, with Aaron Hall and Jack Scrimshaw departing and George Horlin-Smith join from Geelong.

They were also involved in a pick swap that helped Adelaide net fringe Tigers small forward Tyson Stengle.

North Melbourne to make another play for Josh Kelly in 2019

The Trade Wrap panel has lauded North Melbourne’s activity during the trade period.

The Roos have secured Aaron Hall, Jasper Pittard, Jared Polec and Dom Tyson ahead of drafting next-gen academy player Tarryn Thomas and father-son prospect Bailey Scott.

“If I’m Josh Kelly, I’m (asking myself) why I would stay at this footy club,” Mitch Cleary said.
