Lamborghini part of $12 million in assets seized in major drug trafficking investigation
Police have arrested five men and seized about $12 million in assets as part of an investigation into a major drug trafficking syndicate across Melbourne.
A 2018 Lamborghini Huracan sports car is among the assets seized.
It was loaded onto a tow truck during one of 11 raids conducted by Australian Federal Police Officers across Melbourne’s west between Monday and Thursday.
It forms part of an investigation into a major drug trafficking syndicate.
Four men have been charged for allegedly trafficking commercial quantities of heroin and the drug ice within Australia, while a fifth man was charged with proceeds of crime offences.
