Victorian opposition says it will ‘name and shame’ teens who repeatedly commit serious crimes
If it wins government, the state opposition says it will ‘name and shame’ teens who repeatedly commit serious crimes while on bail.
It’s part of a two-strike crackdown that would also see teens denied bail and be automatically sent behind bars for repeat offending.
Shadow Attorney General John Pesutto said the opposition was determined to tackle the gang culture that’s gripped Victoria.
‘Victorians have had enough,’ he told 3AW News.
