Entertainment reporter Peter Ford has revealed the original Bachelor, Tim Robards, has been cast for a stint on Neighbours.

It’s not clear exactly what role the fitness guru and health expert will play on Ramsay Street.

Robards is fresh from tying the knot with Anna Heinrich in Puglia in Italy.

Peter also gave an update on his exclusive story this week, about well-loved Australian drama Wentworth getting axed.

“The fans are very united about this, they are using social media, there’s petitions going around,” he said.
