Neil Mitchell says there is a serious crime problem with African kids in Victoria.

‘It’s a fact’.

‘We are seeing regular and disturbing crime committed by kids described as being African appearance,’ says Neil.

‘If this is a problem with specific communities, we must demand that those communities step up and help us do something about it’.
