A Melbourne real estate agent celebrating a deal has been filmed dancing on the steps of the Shrine.

It’s sparked a fierce reaction, with many angry.

“It’s entirely inappropriate,” Shrine chief executive Dean Lee told Tom Elliott.

“It’s unacceptable.”

Mr Lee said it was possible for the man involved to be fined.
