Police car rammed overnight on Mornington Peninsula
A police vehicle has been rammed in Hastings this morning after police tried to intercept a black Holden Commodore.
The driver failed to obey a stop sign on Hodgins Road about 2.30 and police tried to pull them over.
The vehicle stopped a short distance in front of police before reversing into the van and speeding off.
The car continued travelling along Curacoa Drive and was later found abandoned on Ovens Court.
