Survey shows Australians still prefer to shop in-store over online
The latest survey shows Australians still overwhelmingly prefer to shop in-store over online.
Despite the apparent boom in sales in the online sphere, research from Xero Australia shows 94% of us consider themselves instore shoppers.
Managing Director Trent Innes told Nick McCallum a lot of shoppers, particularly around Christmas time, don’t know what they want before they start.
‘They want the ability to try things on, browse, and talk to someone who can help them,’ he said.
