Frustrated residents erect ‘memorial’ for stolen plants

The theft of plants has become such a problem at Pipemaker’s Park in Maribyrnong that someone has erected a tribute.
Seventeen white crosses have been ‘planted’ with the word ‘stolen’, along with the plant type that was taken.
Neil Mitchell will speak with the frustrated resident behind the crosses this morning.
