Tom Elliott has snapped a cyclist holding onto the side of a tram, caught risking his own safety by exposing himself to oncoming trams in the CBD.

Tom said he couldn’t believe what he was seeing while on a no.11 tram this afternoon and snapped the above photo.

“I saw a cyclist doing just about the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen.

“For a couple of hundred metres he was towed up the CBD, suddenly he veered off in the other direction because a tram was coming.

“This bloke has a death wish.”
