Andrews government announces plans to build the missing North East Link
Some of Melbourne’s most notorious congestion hot-spots could be wiped out, if the Andrews Government wins the next state election.
The Premier has promised to build the North East Link, which would connect the Metropolitan Ring Road with the Eastern Freeway or Eastlink.
3AW Breakfast hosts Justin and Kate spoke with Brian Negus, General Manager of Public Policy at RACV he says the missing link will provide some relief for drivers who need to get from the north-east to the south-east.
‘RACV has been advocating for this link for a long time now,’ he tells 3AW Breakfast.
