Former Geelong forward given job by the AFL
Former Geelong utility James Podsiadly has been commissioned by the AFL to review the umpires ahead of the 2018 season.
Mitch Cleary revealed the news on Sportsday.
“He’s got the connection with (AFL operations boss) Steve Hocking from their time at Geelong,” he explained.
Podsiadly recently left his role at Adelaide as an assistant to pursue business opportunities.
