Fitness guru Sam Wood has told Denis Walter he is on “cloud nine” after welcoming his daughter Willow Wendy Wood with partner Snezana Markoski.

The couple, who met on the set of The Bachelor, are over the moon about the newest addition to their family.

During his weekly Friday Fitness segment with Denis, Sam gushed about his darling new daughter.

“It’s been an amazing couple of days,” he said.

Big sister Eve is also loving her new role.

“They have bonded instantly,” he said.

It also led into a discussion on something Sam might not be getting a lot of these days, sleep!
