Million-dollar fire in Dandenong
Two shops have been gutted by fire in Dandenong this morning.
The damage bill is expected to be in the millions.
The blaze took hold of the two double-storey shops on Lonsdale Street about 1.30am.
Dozens of CFA and MFB trucks were called, and crews brought the blaze under control within about 90 minutes.
No-one was injured.
The cause of the fire is yet to be determined, with police yet to rule out whether it was deliberately lit.
