Neil Mitchell has been tipped-off to another potential case of the “thought police” entering the classroom.

He’s been told a kindergarten in Melbourne’s north west has renamed Father’s Day “special person’s day” to avoid offending children with same-sex parents.

There’s also an activist group behind a push to ban Australia Day in kinders and pre-schools.

It’s called Social Justice for Early Childhood.

Neil Mitchell spoke with Red Ruby Scarlet about the issue on Friday.
