Adelaide forward Josh Jenkins has dismissed criticism of an opponent’s behaviour.

The Crows beat Essendon on Saturday night, cementing a Top 2 spot in the process.

Bomber star Joe Daniher came under fire during the game when he playfully jumped on opponent Rory Atkins after a goal.

But Jenkins told 3AW Sunday Football they’re just mates having a bit of fun.

“Joe kicked a goal and had a laugh – but Rory had the last laugh,” Jenkins said.

Daniher and Atkins played under 18s football together at the Calder Cannons.
