FANCY TRUFFLES: Rockpool Bar and Grill are going to showcase exquisite Australian truffles and an exclusive seven-course menu designed by Head Chef Zac Nicholson on Saturday, 29 July.
It’ll feature fine, fresh black truffles from Manjimup, WA, and some of the world’s great wine styles to go with them.
Ingredients that will get the truffle treatment include Port Phillip Bay Scallops, Greenlip Abalone; and fresh Lobster.

ON THE DOWN-LOW: Those in the know are award that Peter Gunn has been running his “Sample Tables” on the down-low at IDES for a while now.
Just two tables per week were able to enjoy a $65 menu showcasing 4-courses of new, yet to be released dishes.
Well, stand by, because we’re all invited. The Sample Table concept will now be available for everyone who dines at IDES on a Thursday night until the end of winter.
