Dead man in expensive suit identified
The identity of a man found dead in an expensive suit at Brunswick West has been revealed.
The man was wearing an Zegna suit, thought to be worth several thousand dollars, and expensive shoes.
He was found about 8.30am yesterday morning lying face-down beneath a tree in Dunstan Reserve about 50 metres from the Brunswick City Soccer Club rooms.
Investigators have identified the man, a 43-year-old from Coburg and continue to treat his death as suspicious.
A trail of blood lead to the car park where homicide squad detectives believe he was assaulted.
They think he may have been stabbed several times.

The assault took place sometime after 4pm on Sunday.
There was a break-in at the soccer club about 8pm on Sunday but there’s nothing to suggest the two incidents are connected.
Investigations are ongoing and police still calling for public assistance.
