Tom Elliott slams school over Stolen Generation stunt
A NSW school has come under fire for telling young students they were going to be “taken away” in a controversial lesson on the Stolen Generation.
Several students began crying and it’s left many parents fuming.
“The school, in my view, has done an extraordinarily stupid thing,” Tom Elliott said.
Adam Voigt, founder of Real Schools, said the school had missed the mark badly.
“Unfortunately I think this one’s a case of reasonable intention but a horribly poor execution,” he said.
