Peter Handscomb’s leadership credentials were on show at a young age.

Handscomb’s former principal at Mount Waverley Secondary College, Gail, called into Sports Today and revealed he was a school captain at both junior and senior school levels.

Gail said he showed maturity at a young age.

‘He’s an exemplary young man,’ Gail said.

‘I’m sure his Phys. Ed. teachers would be taking great pride in this at the moment!’
