Former Victoria Premier Ted Bailleu has told 3AW Drive it’s time for people to move on from the defamation suit and says the Opposition Leader John Pesutto has the skills to lead the party.

His comments come after rumours of a leadership spill following a judge found Pesutto had defamed Moira Deeming on five separate occasions.
