Pro-Palestine protestors who occupy parts of the CBD every Sunday, have said they’re going to continue the protests until the ‘liberation’ of Palestine.

3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott said the protests will “go on basically forever” until the state of Israel is decolonised which won’t happen.

“I’m sick of it, it deters people from going into the city, you can’t plot a route if you’re driving into the city,” Elliott said on 3AW Mornings.

“We are aware of the issue, we get it, you hate Israel you want something to replace it but you know in the back of your mind that’s actually not going to happen.”

President of Australia Palestine Advocacy Network Nasser Mahni joined 3AW Mornings and went head-to-head with Tom Elliott.
