People power has made a huge comeback, with corporations and governments performing back-flips following public pressure.

3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott listed four examples of people power making a difference, including both the Australia Venue Co. and Woolworths backflipping on their decisions to ban Australia Day celebrations.

“Every now and then, people power can work,” Elliott said on 3AW Mornings.
