Caroline Wilson has named the three coaching candidates for the new Tasmanian AFL team, with the team expected to enter the competition in 2028.

The veteran journalist said the board in Tasmania is “very keen” for a coach to come on board by the end of next year or by early 2026 at the latest.

“I think that’s a job between three right now,” Wilson said on 3AW’s Wide World of Sports.
