There appears to be signs of life in Melbourne’s infamous observation wheel.

The Melbourne Star hasn’t turned since September 2021, but has remained anchored at its current Docklands location.

But suddenly on Tuesday night, the wheel was illuminated in photos obtained by 3AW Drive host Jacqui Felgate.
