Former Victorian premier Jeff Kennett has unveiled his own 10-point plan to fix Victoria’s finances.

He wants to revitalise confidence in Melbourne and the regional areas, while he would also look to engage more stakeholders across the state.

“It is substantially worse (than when I was in power),” he said on 3AW Mornings.
