A Holden Commodore was chased from Frankston after speeding from police at around 1am this morning.

The Holden was followed to Mulgrave, where it was dumped in an industrial estate, before the driver jumped into another vehicle, a stolen Range Rover Evoque.

Police deployed stop sticks on the vehicle, which later crashed into a fence at Westall railway station.

A 19-year-old man was arrested after running from the car, and has been interviewed by police, and is facing multiple serious charges.
