Newly re-elected Melbourne lord mayor Nick Reece has outlined his plan to fix bike ‘black spots’ in the Melbourne CBD.

Tom Elliott believes some bike lanes in the city have been a “waste of money” and Mr Reece – who this week was returned as lord mayor for another term – says the future of how Melburnians uses the lanes was a key issue during the election campaign.

“This was a hotly debated issue during the campaign,” he told Tom Elliott.
