Opposition leader non-committal on future despite positive polling figures
State opposition leader John Pesutto has refused to guarantee he’ll remain in the top job despite one poll suggesting the Coalition has overtaken Labor for the first time in seven years.
The new RedBridge poll has the Coalition two points ahead of Labor and comes just days after Mr Pesutto’s leadership amid internal uncertainty within his party.
When asked by Jacqui Felgate whether he’ll remain as Liberal leader, Mr Pesutto was non-committal.
