Victoria Police shuts down Docklands protest after complaints from residents
EXCLUSIVE
Victoria Police has moved on a group of protestors from outside the Home Affairs building in Docklands hours after 3AW lifted the lid on the level of disruption being caused in the area.
Local residents told 3AW police reporter Madelaine Burke say protestors have ramped up demonstrations in recent week, while staff at nearby workers have also been encouraged to work from home as a result of the disruption.
Victoria, who lives in the area, told Tom Elliott she was fed up with the aggressive behaviour on display.

“It’s a big sit-in with piles of rubbish,” Victoria said on 3AW Mornings.
“There’s shouting, aggression and it’s filth, really.”
