Australian Grand Prix ticket on-sale postponed as Ticketmaster melts down
Ticketmaster has been forced to postpone the sale of tickets to next year’s Australian Grand Prix, blaming a global third party outage for the “inconvenience”.
Demand for next March’s event is expected to be at an all-time high with Aussie Oscar Piastri in hot form, Jack Doohan making his Formula 1 debut and Lewis Hamilton appearing in a Ferrari car for the first time.
While tickets for the general public were scheduled to be released at midday on Tuesday, Ticketmaster has postponed the onsale until Wednesday at midday.
