A new wave of graffiti is being spotted and shared across social media, prompting questions on who is exactly behind it.

The graffiti is being labelled as ‘Pam the bird’ and has been snapped all over the city and across the state.

“It is graffiti and is popping up everywhere,” she said on 3AW Drive.

“They are all over Footscray and also on the V/Line train line.”
