‘It’s sick’: Peter Dutton calls for planned October 7 protest to be shut down immediately
Federal opposition leader Peter Dutton has hit out at the protesters who’ve organised the protest on October 7, which marks one year since the terrible Hamas attack.
Dutton has called for the people in charge to show their faces, and can’t understand why Premier Jacinta Allan can’t stand up for the values of the Australian people.
“Why would people celebrate October 7, the anniversary of the slaughter of 1200 people? I think it’s sick,” Dutton told Tom Elliott on 3AW Mornings.

“I think that is completely at odds with Australian values, and I can’t for the life of me understand why the Premier of Victoria can’t stand up for those same values.”
The opposition leader also spoke on how he plans to ease the pressure on the housing market as well as when he thinks the next federal election will be.
