“That’s elite,” Ross Stevenson said.

Police were called to reports of a gathering and hooning on Frankston Garden Road on Saturday afternoon.

Turns out it was a baby gender reveal, with a driver allegedly performing burnouts in a Holden Commodore, with blue smoke coming from the tyres.

Senior Sergeant Phillip Hulley from Somerville Highway Patrol told Ross and Russ he was “flabbergasted” by the story.

Celebrations for the soon-to-be parents of a baby boy were short lived, and expensive.

The Frankston North man had his Commodore impounded at a cost of $1100, and is expected to be charged on summons with traffic offences.
