Sly explains why interstate police are now involved in the renewed search for Samantha Murphy
Officers from Victoria, New South Wales and federal police are involved in a new targeted search for the remains of Ballarat mother Samantha Murphy.
The operation started yesterday and will resume this morning, seven months after the 51-year-old was last seen alive while going for a run.
